Audio&Media and Encore Media Systems, both leading companies providing digital background music to hotels, restaurants, pubs and to retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium, merged into a new company: the Encore Audio Media Group. Both parties joined forces to offer complementary products to the diverse market segments for digital background music. Starting from day one, the new merged company will offer its services to over 3.000 customers in the Benelux area, thus being the number two player in the market. In the short run, the merger and the resulting synergies allow the group to offer more diverse services and products to its existing and new clients both in the Netherlands and Belgium. The group aims at companies searching to improve their own customers’ perception when visiting their businesses. Moreover, the Encore Audio Media Group seeks growth in the European countries where it is already present: France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. The Group is also on the verge of covering Spain, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom and the Baltic countries.
