Groen.net is a very comprehensive source of garden and pond information for the garden enthusiast. It includes a plants encyclopaedia, a green guide with useful addresses and a weekly electronic newsletter distributed to more than 15.000 people every week. Groen.net offers high-quality information and calls upon well-known experts such as Paul Geerts, Mark De Mesmaeker and herbs expert Winiefred. It also supplies gardening information to third party sites such as Skynet and Seniorennet. The organisation is currently working on an innovative system that prints gardening information on your ticket at the garden centre checkout. Groen.net was set up by Rudi de Kerpel, manager of a major garden centre. He formed a solid partnership with Sydes in order to professionally develop his initiative further.
