ROB.fm 104.9 (Sydes 100%)
ROB.fm is the continuation of Radio Uilenspiegel. Radio Uilenspiegel was founded in 1981 with the support of Willy Kuijpers who was, at the time, a member of parliament and who is currently mayor of Herent. |

In 2002, Radio Uilenspiegel became Stadsradio Leuven, a name that clearly conveyed the station’s objective to become Leuven’s major city radio station. The studios moved to Naamsevest in Leuven. The new slogan was: “Leuven as it is”. The radio station solicited and obtained the close cooperation with free local sheet Passe-Partout and the regional television station for Flemish Brabant, ROB TV.
In 2003, the radio station took on a new name, ROB.fm, and moved to the buildings of the TV station in Leuven.
